Normally, for a standard packshot photography ecommerce job, it takes up to 10 calendar days to deliver proofs to you. This can be shorter/longer for a high complexity and very large requests. However, this will be discussed and agreed upon signing a contract.

Yes! There are strict rules of the images which Amazon can accept for listings. For example, the background must be pure white (255 all for 3 RBG parameters). This is impossible to archive without using professional photography equipment and software.
